Specialized Care and Services for Seniors

As we age, our bodies change and so do our health care needs. At our Memorial Senior Clinic, we provide specialized senior care and longer appointments - as much as 30 minutes to an hour with your health care provider. This gives you more time to discuss your health and ask questions.

 

We accept Medicare A and B and TRICARE

If you are 55 or older and covered by Medicare A and B or TRICARE, we hope you consider Memorial’s Senior Clinic for your health care. We are currently accepting new patients.

  • Laboratory, radiology and rehabilitation services conveniently located on site
  • Evening and weekend care provided at our two urgent care locations

Medical Alert Service for Seniors


Memorial Health System provides a medical alert service for seniors called Home Care Companion. It's an easy-to-use, electronic device designed to signal a friend, relative or emergency service whenever help is needed.
