Memorial Health System is a 501(c)3 nonprofit 650-plus-bed, level II trauma center consisting of three hospitals - Memorial Hospital Central, Memorial Hospital North and Memorial Hospital for Children - and outlying clinics throughout Colorado Springs. Memorial Health System is owned by the City of Colorado Springs but receives no tax revenue to operate.
