Gift Donation Guidelines

Due to infection-control standards, we can only accept new, unwrapped toys, games, activities and stuffed animals for patients 0 to 18 years old.

You may drop off your donation, along with a completed Gift-in-Kind Donation Form, at the Memorial Hospital Foundation building.

You may drop off donations Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.

If you have a very large donation to drop off, please call our child life department at Memorial Hospital ahead of time at 719-365-5516 to make special delivery arrangements.
