At Memorial Health System, we provide a comprehensive array of diagnostic testing for a large percentage of patients. Lab tests help doctors diagnose a wide variety of conditions and diseases. Using test results, doctors can determine if someone's cancer has been cured, test your cholesterol levels, examine tissues removed during surgery, diagnose your child’s strep throat and much more.

Memorial's laboratory services is accredited by the College of American Pathologists. The staff earns this annual accreditation by investing considerable time throughout the year on quality assurance with two goals:

1. Testing to ensure the entire staff exceeds a high level of competency

2. Proficiency testing with the equipment to ensure the highest degree of accuracy
