Applications will be accepted through PhORCAS. In addition to the standard requirements, we require three examples of your work which may be one of each of the following:

• Drug information question
• Drug monograph
• Case presentation
• Medication use evaluation

• Journal presentation

If selected, you will be invited for a personal interview in February. The interview includes a tour of the facility and one-on-one time with the preceptors, residency director, department director and residents. You’ll be asked to give a 30-minute clinical presentation to the staff.
