Sep 4: Blood Donation Center Opens in the Heart of Briargate

With the addition of Memorial Hospital North, the quest for healthy, qualified blood donors is a growing challenge. Blood donations to Memorial’s Blood Bank literally have changed lives – ranging from accident victims to those needing ongoing transfusions.

On Tuesday, September 4, Memorial Health System opened a second blood donation site located at the Briargate Medical Campus, 8890 N. Union Boulevard, Suite 209. The operating hours are Mondays, 3 – 7 p.m. and Tuesday and Thursdays, 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. The new site now provides northern Colorado Springs residents and businesses a permanent, more convenient location to donate blood.
