Memorial Hospital receives Better Business Bureau of Southern Colorado Foundation's Excellence in Customer Service (EICS) Award for 2005 - 10/10/05

Memorial Hospital has been selected as a 2005 Better Business Bureau of Southern Colorado Excellence in Customer Service award recipient. Memorial was one of only four organizations to receive this recognition, created in conjunction with the American Society for Quality.

The BBB’s Excellence in Customer Service (EICS) program is designed to recognize superior customer service and help businesses improve on service practices. The program also assists businesses in increasing customer satisfaction and building stronger relationships that keep consumer confidence.

EICS applies a comprehensive process for analyzing and enhancing business services, while integrating a philosophy of continuous improvement. A team of customer service experts from the BBB of Southern Colorado compiles a feedback report that assesses several different aspects of an organization’s services and operations. The report includes corporate objectives, observations, demonstrated strengths and opportunities for customer service enhancements.
