We use a variety of Treatment Options, including:
In addition to our leading and more traditional treatment options, we offer our patients a full range of Support Services, including Complementary Therapy, Genetic Counseling, Education and Events, Support Groups and psychosocial support through Medical Social Workers. Our unique Complementary Therapy program, which includes art and pet therapy, provides our patients with creative and rewarding stress-relievers that help them better cope with their illness. We also offer rehabilitation, spiritual care and hospice/palliative care.
We also have a lending library of books, videos, materials and access to Resources and Newsletters that can offer patients sound medical guidance. We offer a full range of Clinical Trials with more studies being added all the time, as well as Prevention and Screenings for Breast Cancer, Colorectal, Skin and Prostate Cancers.
As a resource for oncology physicians and their patients, we hold regular cancer conferences to provide a forum for patient consultations and to contribute to medical staff education. These include a weekly breast cancer conference and weekly tumor boards. These forums are an ideal setting for physicians to gain multi-disciplinary insight and additional opinions on cases for the benefit of their patients, whose confidentiality is always strictly maintained.
