Memorial's M-Staff Offers Fulfilling Work and Flexible Hours

M-Staff, our internal staffing agency at Memorial Health System, provides patient care and personnel coverage as needed for all units within Memorial Health System which includes Memorial Hospital Central, Memorial Hospital North, Memorial Hospital for Children and satellite locations. M-Staff offers you flexible scheduling and the ability to work in your specialty areas while earning competitive wages. Some of our positions do not require taking call, working weekends or holiday shifts.

In addition, as an M-Staff employee, you are enrolled in Colorado's Public Employees Retirement Association (PERA) and receive wellness benefits and shift differentials.

M-Staff employees provide a variety of professional services to our patients, departments and health care system. For clinical areas, this includes patient care within designated units, coordinating care planning with other disciplines and participating in routine orientation and training of new staff members in the unit.

Three stages of performance exist within clinical positions:

  • Patient/family focus - providing attentive and responsive care while recognizing the individuality of patients and their families
  • Clinical focus - expanding the scope of care beyond the patients and families to recognize and support peers and coworkers
  • Systems focus - orchestrating care through networking, intuition and empowerment of patients, families and coworkers.
