Your children are the stars of your world. Ours too. And, when they don’t feel well, our exceptional team of health care professionals are here to make things better. Here’s what we recommend doing if you have a little one who doesn’t feel well.
Helpful resource:
If it’s an emergency:
- Call 911 and request to be transported to Memorial Hospital for Children—we have a special pediatric emergency/trauma area as part of our Emergency Department
During normal business hours:
- First, call your pediatrician
If it’s after office hours:
- Call (719) 444-CARE for advice on whether an in-person visit is important
- If it’s not an emergency situation, visit one of our Urgent & After Hours Care locations. They are open seven days a week from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.
